Champion for Healthy Kids

For the 2019 MVP Roundtable meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona we are including a special opportunity to give back to the local Scottsdale community.  Sun Life believes strongly in supporting youth programs, particularly those that impact healthy lifestyles.  So this year we are partnering with Executive Council Charities in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, established in 1954, serves youth to keep them productive and safe during non-school hours.  It has expanded to reach thousands more children and teens in surrounding communities.  Executive Council Charities has a strong partnership with the Clubs and provides thousands of dollars in funding annually, particularly to the Barker Branch in South Scottsdale and the Red Mountain & Lehi Branches on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community - all three serving economically disadvantaged populations with known health risks (Pima Indians have the highest rate of Type 2 Diabetes in the world).  In addition to helping general wellness programs for kids & teens, your commitment will support a unique program called Project LEAN designed to combat unhealthy lifestyles through physical activities, nutritional awareness and positive role modeling.

Please consider donating $20 or any demonination of your choice and be a CHAMPION FOR HEALTHY KIDS!  100% of contributions are forwarded along to directly impact programs for youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.

Thank you for giving back!
