For nearly 15 years, Elevate Phoenix has been changing the lives and futures of thousands of Title I students in the Phoenix Union School District. We serve our partner schools’ most at-risk youth, including those who are dropping out at 52%. We use a unique relationship-based, social-emotional learning-focused model that provides safe and positive learning and makes students want to stay in school. A full 95% of the youth served are students of color. At least 98% of the seniors graduate each year and 100% leave our “R.I.S.E” College Summer Bridge Program with a post-secondary plan to continue with college, go to a trade/certificate, military, and/or workforce. Services include teaching an accredited elective class called Peer Leadership, 24/7/365 mentoring which includes, before-school, lunch hour, and after-school tutoring, life and character skills development, summer reading activities, post-secondary education and workforce preparedness, leadership development, and community service. Today, our alumni include engineers, nurses, and artists. We are grateful for your support! We can not do what we do without you.
