Sojourner Center
Sojourner Center’s mission is to provide a continuum of multicultural services to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence in Arizona, while collaborating with the global community on education, research, and advocacy to end domestic violence. We are the largest prevention and intervention agency in Arizona, providing comprehensive services to address the many ways domestic violence impacts women, children and the community. Since 1977, Sojourner Center has provided shelter and support services to thousands of women, children and most recently, pets affected by domestic violence. Sojourner Center provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, domestic violence education, safety planning, lay-legal advocacy, case management, NECPA approved 4-star Quality Plus Accredited Child Development Center, 24 hour crisis hotline, referral services, pet companion shelter, community education, and on-site naturopathic clinic services to nearly 10,000 individuals a year.
